I want anyone reading this to come in and tell your story. I want your story to be posted here so others can read how messed up the system as a whole is.

I want others stories here so they can join thousands of others in the fight to change our LAWS. We can speak our minds, but till others stand up and tell their stories, nothing will be done.

My goal is also to expose thousands of Authority figures, so called that are dirty, rotten, filthy, stinken, and just down right need their jobs yanked for what they have done. Our voices need to be heard so the LAWS will change and we can all get part of our lives back.

I can't do it on my own. I need everyone who reads this or knows someone who has went through these kinds of things to speak out. With your help, we can change the LAWS.

How Many Innocent Lives Are taken by the system

There are several lives that are turned upside down by the system. The courts,
police, HHS, DSS, Attorneys, County Attorneys, are all for the money and not you.
You have a few select in the whole entire system that are willing to help the families
involved in any case.

Once you are arrested for something, they all consider you guilty till proven innocent.
The only ones that may not consider you guilty if your lucky is 1 or 2 people in your
family or maybe a really close friend. You know who loves you the most in the
end. You truly find out who is there for you when something bad happens and it is the
least expected people  who you think of.

America needs to stand up. We do not have freedom of speech, we do not have freedom
at all. We are ran by government and that's all there is to it. How many people do
you know that has dealt with something whether it be serious or not that have not
paid out their whole entire savings to get justice served the right way. It is not fair to the families
or fair to them. But who cares, right? Well I care and that is why when I am done
with my ordeal my story will come out.

I want to start a Non-Profit Organization and will do what it takes to make it happen.
I am not one to be bullied around by the system. I am one who will fight for his
families rights, I am one who will fight for the ones who can not fight for themselves. I
hate the system and how it works, what they stand for and the hurt they put people through.

I will stand up for what is right. To many people out there are scared as to if they stand up,
what may happen to them. I believe God is behind what I am fighting for and will be
behind me the whole way. What you believe in is what you get. If you do not believe
then that is what you will get, nothing. If you believe you will get everything.

Justice needs to be dealt with the right way, and I hope I will get people to follow my
lead and fight for the same things I am fighting for.

Is It Just Me Or Does The Justice System Take To Much Time

I am just writing to ask questions on peoples thoughts. My deal has been drug out in the
courts for 3 months now. It seems like to many people have their hands on a case these
days. From the County Attorney, Judge, Lawyer, Case Worker, Counselors. To many people
are making money off of one case.

The justice system takes their sweet time on dragging your life through hell and back. Just
a thought. What if you drug their lives on for months on end? What would they feel like
or how would they react? But in the end you are the bad guy. Things really do need to be
changed with the laws.

 What ever happened to a speedy and fair trial? It just seems to me that the laws were made
this way to create jobs.  Enough said for now, I will have my story in here when my case is
over. But for now I can only post my frustrations and concerns.

I will use part of my story while telling you this.  The night I was arrested the police told me if
I even thought about hitting them they would hit me back. The fact was there were 5 policeman
there that night.

Secondly, this is not the first time they have threatened me. The police threatened me on another
incident a few years back as well. They use their badges as a police threat that they can do
anything they want. In reality, they are just like you and me, take away their badges and they
are everyday citizens like us.

The badge is used for threats and brutality around the U.S.A.  The sad part is these police get
away with it because people don't have the money to fight them because they are protected
by the government lawyers. There can be something done about it if people stand up to them.

Tasering has become a poor substitute for policing skills. A well-trained officer can manage such a situation without tasering.

While many police officers respect our rights, quite a few don't. So, why do we allow police to get away with violating our Constitutional rights just because they are the police?

Other such cover charges are the vague and ambiguous "disorderly conduct" charge, which can also cover the alleged crime of filming police during their official duties. Yes, you can be imprisoned for filming police (who can film you) if they don't like you filming alleged police brutality.

To me, that's covering up evidence. Police are our servants, not our masters and we should ensure that while they are given due respect, that their job is only to stop us from harming one another, not covering up alleged crimes that they themselves committed.

I am at it again. My mother always told me to fight in what I believed in and never to give up no matter what the fight may cost. So here I am again with more information. I will study, find, research and show how serious I am to take down the HHS system who have tried to pull this crap with me and take my family away.

Well it kind of goes like this, I am not a fan of the system and the system is not a fan of mine. I have been threatened by certain people in the system because of my ex- wife. Well when things hit the fan and they find out I am not putting up with their BS and taking what they want me to take, they will keep coming after me. I don't care though because my family means the world to me. Only God can take it from me not some damn laws that are made by people who we pay to do their jobs right and yet they do what they want to, how they want to and yet they fail at it every single day.

We will have to start our family  life over again but if it means saving another family from the pain and grief that we have dealt with, so be it.  Keep reading my posts and I hope I will give you the strength that I am using to fight back.

Number Of Kids In Foster Care Nationally

This # shouldn't shock anyone. This is the # of kids we have in foster care nationally.  507,000 children. That is an alarming amount of children in foster care. The reason behind it is there is not enough investigation going on and when there is there is in one state 27% error rate in false allegations of child abuse.

That is a very high percentage for familys being investigated. Below is the state I found.

When are people going to realize what is going on around us. If there is an estimated 27% error rate in one state how much error are in other states?Do people even pay attention to these kind of things?

Of course not, because it is not made public as to what is going on around us, to many questions would be asked. So what do we do as a state or the U.S.A. Fight like HELL and get rid of HHS< CPS>AND DSS. DO we really need them or do we go back to the way it was when our grandparents were alive. We as kids then didn't and don't act like kids do today.

Kids today use, I am going to turn you in for abuse, or I hate you, or I am going to run away. To much freedom for kids today and to much involvement with the system. We are no longer a free country, our kids run the country and if our kids say we abuse them, then according to the courts we do, and there is nothing we can do about it besides spend our dollars we didn't have to begin with to fight the county attorneys and the courts, while the real abusers are still on the loose.

While unwarranted interventions occur, the lives of children who are in genuine need for intervention are endangered. As the overburdened child protective (CP) worker allocates time to investigate an unfounded case, a child in serious danger is left waiting. In addition, unsubstantiated accusations, with the traumatic investigations that accompany them, cause much harm to innocent families. The number of families who have undergone these unfounded and intrusive investigations is much too high. According to the United States Center on Child Abuse and Neglect, 60% of all reports of suspected child maltreatment turn out to be unfounded (Besharov, 1985). In addition to the traumatic investigation, families are often ordered to accept treatment under threat of court action. About 50% of these cases are later found to be unsubstantiated (Besharov, 1985).

Why I Created This Blog

I created this blog for everyone's use. I want the Dept's of everyone to know that we are not going to let them destroy our family's while they sleep at night. So whoever wants information or who wants to help, please do not hesitate to do so.

Know Your Rights Against CPS

 Unfortunately, CPS has no way of sorting the real cases from the false ones without performing an investigation. While you cannot necessarily avoid an investigation, you can take steps to be prepared for the knock at the door.

First, contact an attorney. CPS may tell you that there is no need for legal counsel, or that it makes you look "guilty." However, CPS does not have your best interest in mind. Their job is to prove the case or dismiss it. If CPS has contacted you in the first place, you should not panic, but do need the representation of an attorney. Many attorneys will offer a free consultation, and then propose the retainer fee they would need to represent you. Any attorney will tell you that you are under no requirement to let CPS into your home unless they have a valid warrant. Do not allow them to threaten you or coerce you into inviting them inside.

Just more information I am adding to my blog. I will not tell my story till after my hearing as the Police, CPS, Courts, and so forth will use it against me whether it is the truth or not. All they care about is getting their paychecks and not investigating everyone fully involved. So my story will come eventually when I don't have to worry about the system. THE SYSTEM: WHAT YOU'RE UP AGAINST

The legal system is set up to protect the child at all costs. The theory in general is, if a judicial mistake is made, let it be on the side that assures the safety of the child. This is a fact that can greatly hurt you and your child.

From the moment an allegation is made, you will generally be treated as guilty and separated from your child. Most interviews are conducted with the assumption that something did occur. An unbiased investigator is rarely seen. Most interviewers are trained to believe that children don't lie, especially in divorce and custody situations.

The Court tends to believe the "experts", even if the "expert" is a poorly trained social worker or a physician who has never had experience with an abuse case. A small child's testimony about an event that supposedly occurred up to several years before your trial is enough to convict you in many states, even if no other evidence of abuse exists. The attitude of the public and the media towards an abuse suspect is usually hostile and prejudiced in a trial situation.

ADVICE FOR THE ACCUSED

• Do have all interviews with the child videotaped.

• Take all allegations of abuse very seriously from the moment it occurs.

• Do hire an attorney who believes in your innocence.

• Do have the child examined by a pediatrician or (if appropriate) a psychologist of your choosing, if physical or sexual abuse is alleged.

• Do not rely on the legal system to clear you, even tho ugh you know you are innocent.

• Do not talk to the press.

• Do not take a polygraph or lie detector test.

• Do not take "good advice" from people around you who mean well, but know nothing about this type of problem.

• Do not hire an attorney who has not won this type of case in the past.

• Do not make any Plea Bargains or legal decisions with the prosecutor without careful consideration. No matter what you are told, you may not realize the implications of such action.

REMEMBER THAT YOUR ACTIONS WILL AFFECT THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AND THAT OF YOUR CHILD'S!

A Berkshire Horror Story

Another story of a family ripped apart by the corrupt system, yet in another state. People read all these stories and leave comments, please. I am not going to quit. I looked into things on getting a non-profit organization going and yes, it will be a lot of work but by the grace of God, things will happen.

HHS Say They Are There To Help

To all who are reading this, HHS always tell you they are there to help and they can
move things along a little faster. But they are not there. What they don't tell you is
that until you go to court for something you were accused of the County Attorney will
purposely drag their feet.

The purpose of this is because everyone has to get paid. If they moved it along a little and
it didn't take as long then not everyone gets paid. It is a game called let's drag this out
and hurt these family's as long as we can. I found an article where the Nebraska Governor had
said that there are things in the system to make it better.

I am yet to see those things happening. Here is a part of that article with how many kids are in the states custody. Read the whole article and you will see what I mean.

A year ago our child welfare system was at an all-time high with 7,803 state wards. At the beginning of April, that number had decreased to 7,146. What that means is that HHS was successful in resolving the cases involving 657 children – even as new cases continued to come in over the course of the last year – leading to the first significant decline in the number of state wards in recent memory.

Over 7,000 children. That is a fourth  of the population where I live. The laws need to be changed. They wonder why kids turn more violent in the system then anywhere else. And in one year still over 7,000 children, not moving very fast are we?

Now I also want to tell you what a friend told me one time. Lets take a stand and do the same thing to
these Social workers, Police, Lawyers, Judges, and anyone else in the system who is involved. Let's
take their children away and make them go through the same things like: Hire an attorney, Pay out food costs, Transportation, and so forth and when they complete everything we have asked them to do lets drag it along a little longer, and longer. I think you all get my point.

It is time to reach out America, Take a damn stand and fight for our kids, our country and our rights that were given to us by our ForFathers. Also grab God's hand and let him lead you into this fight. If you have no guts then let these people keep doing to you what they have been doing. I am going to fight for my kids rights and my own.

Swain County DSS Director fired

Here is yet another reason never to believe or trust in the DSS, HHS, CPS, or the Police involved. This Death happened while in the care and custody of DSS. So you all may think that all these people are here to help your children out.

The courts are just as guilty and so are the police. If the police would actually investigate the actual beatings of kids and not the ones that the kids turn their parents in just because they get mad or want to get even.  These cases are only half investigated, all so they can all have a paycheck.

Fighting for your rights and having someone help

I am writing this post tonight because it is my goal to start a Non-Profit
orginization. The reason behind all of this is because what I am going through
right now with the System, meaning the Police Dept., HHS, CPS, Courts and
many more.

I want to help others who can't afford to fight the system get the help they need. I hope
in the long run that i will get the support and help i need. I am not one to lay back and
take the bullying. They want you to say things that you didn't do so they can take your family
away and  throw the books at you." Well guess what", The laws need to change and go all
the way to Washington D.C.

My Counselor tells me that it is far out there to go, but I say with God's help anything
and everything can be accomplished as long as you believe in him. So who out there has
the guts to take a stand and fight for their family's rights?  I do and I hope many more join
in that fight for freedom.

Enough for tonight and I will write more as each day passes and I hope for many other
stories of others horrors with the system will be brought to others attention.
