Do We Have freedom Of Speech????
We do not have freedom of speech in our country anymore. It has been taken by those that throw their weight around that have more power than we do, yet they are just like me and you ( Normal).
Just the other day I was threatened by a police officer that if I didn't basically let my abusive and Evil ex have my kids because she forgot 2 days previous that she had visits with them that he would write up a police report and try to get me in contempt of court with the judge. There were many more things that he said that he probably shouldn't have said. But this is how our freedom is, ran by the people who throw their authority around and get away with it. I will not only mention the experience that I had with him but this happened 3 other times.
Needless to say, they are only to get involved if there is a domestic dispute. Well now you know my reasoning for not trusting the justice system. Not to mention I don't trust anyone in this type of system because it is your word against theirs and guess what people, you can't go after them and sue them because they work for the government. Not only that, but when there is a problem in the justice system you sometimes have to keep spending dime after dime and taking away from your kids because it is a money game just for them to get a paycheck. If they can't get what they want, they will keep taking your money no matter what you lose. So buyer beware of the government and their money grubbing hands.
Also, if you ever write your Governor, Senator, State Senator, or anyone else, no matter how much proof you have they will tell you they can't do anything, they can only help their government officials. So why do we pay their wages? Get stuck in a situation like I have for the last 5 yrs. and you will find this out yourself, and trust me when you do, then maybe, and just maybe you might come forward yourself.

Feels Like Your Hit By A Bus
In my life I feel like I have been hit by a Bus. I have been through Hell and back with My Ex-Wife. The things she trys to tell others about our kids, my wife and myself to make herself look good. Does anyone know what I am talking about.
She would go to the extent to make up any story she could to gain financial help from others, threats to me and my family, court costs, she herself doesn't have to pay. For others out there who have dealt with that kind of pain know exactly where I am coming from.
The pain and agony (MY EX) has caused to our family, has been heart breaking, she will go into court and cry out and then give us a glare and throw threats towards us when no one is watching. She has gone to the extent to say in court that she wishes I was dead and if she could get away with it she would kill me in front of a judge and Sheriff and still walk out of the court room with no repercussions. She has threatened to burn our house down with the rest of the family and take my two kids that I have custody of and run with them. She has driven by our house even after a court order states she can't and she uses others vehicles so she doesn't get caught.
She even texted threats to our phone, we showed the Police and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. How many threats does it take before they take a looney like her and lock her away. They wonder why so many people end up dead, or their kids kidnapped, all because the Judges ignore it. She even failed a Phyc evaluation and still got to visit the kids. See how our system works.
Now if a guy did all this they would have him locked up forever, but if a woman does this, depending on who she is they let her walk. Some woman are crazy as well as men. My point here is this. A lot of woman walk away without paying the price through the courts, while a man has to suffer and not have a life and be afraid for his kids and families lives all because of a fake cry to get away with what she wants, and it never stops there, she just keeps going and going.
At this point you may be asking why I am writing about this. I am writing a blog about all my experiences with my Ex, the court system, HHS, police officers, Attorneys, Private Investigators, I don't want others to have to go through what me, my wife and children have had to go through. We have not lived a life at all.
My Ex still walks the street, disobeys court orders, tries to skip paying Child Support, threatens, tries to get our income tax due to medical reasons. That is the kind of parent that a kid wants to run and hide from. My children have been told to disobey us when they had visits, told not to do their schoolwork, threaten us, do what it takes so she could have them.
With all the things My Ex has pulled she seems to still have pull with the system. As I go on I will tell you more and more without using names of anyone so I can't be held liable. As you read my stories you are going to wonder why My Ex has gotten away with so much, how the system works and so on.
I hope to catch others attention to this as I want to start a non-profit organization at some point. I want laws to change, others to get more involved and stop being scared. I want people to open up their eyes and realize we are the ones who pay the courts, judges, lawyers, HHS, county, and so on. We make up jobs and pay wages for idiotic things that could be avoided or checked into. We are creating jobs, hurting families, making families go through things they shouldn't just to make a BUCK for the system.
I hope that one day my kids look at these stories and say, my Dad had courage to stand up and let people know what happens and show he's not afraid. I want them to know that they need to fight for their rights as people too and never to give up, no matter who you make mad or whose toes you step on as long as you are being honest about it.
It takes courage to come forth and let people know that this stuff with the law and system is not right and we need to do something about it. There are innocent children and parents being accused or put through the system all because things were not properly investigated or checked into. But in AMERICA it isn't AMERICA anymore because we are all guilty until proven innocent on any standard level with the state, police, judges, lawyers, HHS and so on. As long as you are guilty in their eyes and they think they can get away with something, they will if you don't fight them back.
I won't quit, no matter what because justice needs to be done with these kind of cases not just swept under the rugs and let go. I want others comments as I keep talking about this. I want others to leave their stories, on the blog and even e-mail them to me. I want justice to be dealt with in AMERICA the Right way.

Telling Your Story
I want anyone reading this to come in and tell your story. I want your story to be posted here so others can read how messed up the system as a whole is.
I want others stories here so they can join thousands of others in the fight to change our LAWS. We can speak our minds, but till others stand up and tell their stories, nothing will be done.
My goal is also to expose thousands of Authority figures, so called that are dirty, rotten, filthy, stinken, and just down right need their jobs yanked for what they have done. Our voices need to be heard so the LAWS will change and we can all get part of our lives back.
I can't do it on my own. I need everyone who reads this or knows someone who has went through these kinds of things to speak out. With your help, we can change the LAWS.

How Many Innocent Lives Are taken by the system
There are several lives that are turned upside down by the system. The courts,
police, HHS, DSS, Attorneys, County Attorneys, are all for the money and not you.
You have a few select in the whole entire system that are willing to help the families
involved in any case.
Once you are arrested for something, they all consider you guilty till proven innocent.
The only ones that may not consider you guilty if your lucky is 1 or 2 people in your
family or maybe a really close friend. You know who loves you the most in the
end. You truly find out who is there for you when something bad happens and it is the
least expected people who you think of.
America needs to stand up. We do not have freedom of speech, we do not have freedom
at all. We are ran by government and that's all there is to it. How many people do
you know that has dealt with something whether it be serious or not that have not
paid out their whole entire savings to get justice served the right way. It is not fair to the families
or fair to them. But who cares, right? Well I care and that is why when I am done
with my ordeal my story will come out.
I want to start a Non-Profit Organization and will do what it takes to make it happen.
I am not one to be bullied around by the system. I am one who will fight for his
families rights, I am one who will fight for the ones who can not fight for themselves. I
hate the system and how it works, what they stand for and the hurt they put people through.
I will stand up for what is right. To many people out there are scared as to if they stand up,
what may happen to them. I believe God is behind what I am fighting for and will be
behind me the whole way. What you believe in is what you get. If you do not believe
then that is what you will get, nothing. If you believe you will get everything.

Is It Just Me Or Does The Justice System Take To Much Time
I am just writing to ask questions on peoples thoughts. My deal has been drug out in the
courts for 3 months now. It seems like to many people have their hands on a case these
days. From the County Attorney, Judge, Lawyer, Case Worker, Counselors. To many people
are making money off of one case.
The justice system takes their sweet time on dragging your life through hell and back. Just
a thought. What if you drug their lives on for months on end? What would they feel like
or how would they react? But in the end you are the bad guy. Things really do need to be
changed with the laws.
What ever happened to a speedy and fair trial? It just seems to me that the laws were made
this way to create jobs. Enough said for now, I will have my story in here when my case is
over. But for now I can only post my frustrations and concerns.

How Police Abuse Their Badges
Police brutality and abuse is everywhere, some are just not caught on tape or caught at all.

I will use part of my story while telling you this. The night I was arrested the police told me if
I even thought about hitting them they would hit me back. The fact was there were 5 policeman
there that night.
Secondly, this is not the first time they have threatened me. The police threatened me on another
incident a few years back as well. They use their badges as a police threat that they can do
anything they want. In reality, they are just like you and me, take away their badges and they
are everyday citizens like us.
The badge is used for threats and brutality around the U.S.A. The sad part is these police get
away with it because people don't have the money to fight them because they are protected
by the government lawyers. There can be something done about it if people stand up to them.
Tasering has become a poor substitute for policing skills. A well-trained officer can manage such a situation without tasering.
While many police officers respect our rights, quite a few don't. So, why do we allow police to get away with violating our Constitutional rights just because they are the police?
Other such cover charges are the vague and ambiguous "disorderly conduct" charge, which can also cover the alleged crime of filming police during their official duties. Yes, you can be imprisoned for filming police (who can film you) if they don't like you filming alleged police brutality.
To me, that's covering up evidence. Police are our servants, not our masters and we should ensure that while they are given due respect, that their job is only to stop us from harming one another, not covering up alleged crimes that they themselves committed.
